Right in the centre of town but it’s still really quiet. The location is ideal for running errands or getting the train to London.

They always respond and act really quickly when something is raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here has been an absolutely fantastic experience, with virtually no downsides. The range and quality of local amenities are outstanding. Being so close to the Eden shopping centre means I have access to a huge variety of high-quality shops, restaurants, and entertainment right on my doorstep. The area feels vibrant yet safe. Transport links are a major highlight. The main train station is only a 10-minute walk away, which makes commuting or travelling incredibly easy and convenient. I have never experienced any issues with transport availability. Life in the apartment building is wonderful. The management team is exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to help with a smile. The building is quiet, I've never had any issues with anti-social behaviour, and bin collections are always on time. It’s a very well-run and pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is incredibly responsive. Any issues I have raised have been dealt with swiftly, professionally, and always with a friendly attitude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A friend had mentioned how safe the building was before I moved in, but I wish I had truly understood the full extent of what that meant. It's not just about secure doors; it's the complete peace of mind you have living here. This comes from the proactive management, the well-lit and clean common areas, and a general feeling of respect among the residents. It's a tangible sense of security that you can't fully grasp from a viewing, and it has made my experience here even better than I had hoped.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is highly satisfying, with far more pros than minor cons. Its prime location is a standout—close to the city center, adjacent to the largest Eden Mall, and just a 10-minute walk to the train station. Local amenities excel: Eden Mall offers diverse, good-quality shops, while nearby restaurants/bars cover various cuisines. Small community parks provide nice open spaces. Transport is convenient too, with frequent buses and no major issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Howard Court has responded to every issue I’ve raised with remarkable promptness and attentiveness. Whenever I reported problems—whether a leaky tap in my apartment or a dim light in the communal stairwell—staff would reply within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The safety and cleanliness of the apartment.......

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the location, it’s right in the city centre next to the Eden shopping centre. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The train station is very close as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were efficient and incredibly helpful in resolving my issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I don’t have to buy a coffee machine because they have their own.
