A new restaurant is under construction, there is an outdoor gym, Columbus and Angulo restaurants, Giramondo ice cream ... and a plethora of other shops and surf schools. It remains a quiet, laid back area that is relished for its exclusivity, peace but proximity to the beach, surf, and Santa Maria.
