5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Conveniently situated minutes from Brighton Station, London Road and the Open Market and the North Laine this is an excellent central location. Ideal for walking into central Brighton, trains to London and along the south coast and well served by lots of bus routes from the Lodon Road. Great pubs, cafes and shopping including Alsi, Sainsbury’s and Co-op are all within a short walk. The North Laine and Lanes are very close for those who prefer independent shopping. The seafront is ten minutes walk away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When any rare problems arise they are dealt with promptly and always informed of progress.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The residents are very social, often doing things together and events are hosted by the management team ensuring residents who wish to meet can.
