The front half of the house roof was replaced in 2010, the back half was repaired/checked in 2009.
The house is lived in but needs complete renovation.
The barn is 400m2, roof replaced in 2019, and the huge sheep barn is 1200m2 (built 1991, cement-asbestos roof) they are next to each other.
There is a neighbour house close-by (quiet and friendly), that's 50 metres from the house but it's not seen from the house windows (it's off to the side).
No passing traffic in front of the house - the lane ends there at the house and neighbour's, it connects to a quiet lane (that is flat so easy by bike) that goes into Pressac village.
The village of Pressac has a café/restaurant, a pizza restaurant, and a steak restaurant. The café has fuel. There is also a garage for car repairs. Just outside the village is a quality restaurant on a lake. The town of Confolens with supermarkets etc is 14km / 14 minutes a straight fast road.
