Unit 1

Unit 1 is a steel portal frame unit with pitched roof and is steel profile clad, together with blockwork walls to 2m and concrete floor, the unit is accessed by three roller shutters, internally the premises has two gas heaters and two functioning cranes (5 tonne & 10 tonne). Three phase power is also connected, together with LED lights, W.C and washbasin, there is a fitted kitchen installed on the first floor. A mezzanine has been created with the benefit of a fully fitted office at first floor level and undercroft storage.


Unit 2

Unit 2 comprises of offices which have been fully refurbished and provides a suspended ceiling with LED lights, an air conditioning system has been installed, and the offices are heated by electric wall heaters. Dado trunking has been installed, together with two W.C's and separate kitchen.


Unit 3

Unit 3 is of steel portal frame construction, and is steel profile clad with pitch roof, three roller shutter doors are available, as well as a 3.2 tonne crane, LED warehouse lights have been installed together with a two storey office, which has the benefit of suspended ceiling and integrated tube lighting, fitted kitchen, together with a W.C. and a gas heater is also within the unit.


Access is available to the rear, with canopy loading available and car parking spaces to the front of the premises.
