Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

You’ve got a range of eating in or take out places. You’ve got all the food shops such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda. You’re 2 minutes away from Oxford Road station and 10 from Piccadilly. It’s in the middle of the city but tucked away at the same time with symphony park in the middle which makes it secluded which is a rare find in central Manchester.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve never encountered customer service such as uhaus’. All the issues I have reported in the past have been resolved immediately with great care. I could not fault them for that! They’ll always find a solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pets live in your flat for free. Other buildings make you pay monthly fees. Uhaus also have a range of events that residents can benefit from.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lots of high-quality shops near by, some are open 24/7. Some of the best restaurants in town are in circle square, I don’t even need to comment on these. Transport options are endless. Oxford Rd. train station is nearby and there are several bus stops. If you need to use tram, it is about 5 mins to piccadilly by bus. The only bad aspect is that you can hear and also feel the trains going by from the train station. You get used to it by time, but for the first timers it can be a little bit weird.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some issues with maintenance, especially hot water, which the Uhaus team urgently taken care of and left us nothing to complain about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Me and my roommate were a little bit confused about how to take our rubbish out when we first started living at Uhaus. Wish they had told us beforehand. As soon as it was really convinient, we didn’t have any problems either that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located near supermarkets like Asda and Sainsbury which makes it convenient to get groceries.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management was quick to respond to one of my concerns regarding the kitchen air filter. They repaired it in a day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about uhaus earlier. It’s a great community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient, nothing bad except for the noisy drunk people outside 😂 Everywhere is absolutely convenient

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instantly solved… very efficient and shows professionalism

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bills included, and the warmness of the flat with some solid walls which prevents the place from feeling cold

    Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lack of parking availability, for such a good place, pastries should be recommended in the morning for the residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite responsive, but the water filter on 15th floor east had not been repaired since January this year

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of parking availability, bin chute is not enough

    Manager's response

Thank you for the great review!
