1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is quite run down, busy at night with young boys in noisy cars. Location is central but walk into city is long
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reservation team can be slow to respond by email, frstrating
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great. There is an abundance of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. The area is also very safe. The only downside is that the traffic noise is quite loud in flats facing W Approach Rd.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The couple of times when I had problems the issues were resolved relatively quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Traffic can get loud and be heard even through the insulated windows. The Moda marketplace on the app is very useful and you can find a ton of good items for discounted prices.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The is a newly built area with good sustainable transport links like footways, buses, tram and mainline train (walking distance). The McEwan is well connected to the nearby Fountain Park (a large entertainment and leisure centre complex) and Haymarket. There are many popular grocery express shops around. However, The McEwan also provides underground parking, so no need to worry about morning car window frost and street parking in the night. I haven’t seen any anti-social behaviour in this area yet. As The McEwan's buildings and facilities are well secured with 24/7 on site staff so nothing to worry about it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management staff here always try their best to resolve the issues and I think that is the most important thing.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Though I selected my flat after viewing the property, even if you book after virtual viewing then there wouldn’t be any issue with quality of the flat. However, on site viewing will give you a better idea of the view from your windows, level of traffic noise (if exists) etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Contract procedures need to be easier and straight forward.
