LOCATION- The road is fully adopted and provides footpath access to the picturesque High Street and to London Lane. A range of both everyday, and specialist shops, cafes, pubs, chemist, hairdressers can be found on the High Street.

Cuckfield is home to the renowned Ockenden Manor Spa Hotel, a stunning C of E church, playing fields, cricket pitches and recreational ground (all within walking distance).

Cuckfield has a popular primary and secondary school, bus services to Brighton, Burgess Hill, Crawley and Horsham and is just a 10 minute drive and park to the mainline railway station at Haywards Heath (London Bridge, Victoria and Thames Link services)
