The land is suitable as amenity garden or paddock, although the landowner is open to other uses subject to the tenant obtaining the necessary consents. It can be accessed via foot or vehicle via the adjacent unadopted road. The land has not been farmed for 12 months and is let in its curent condition. There are no water or electricity connections to the field.

Tenancy

The holding is available to let immediately with terms to be agreed with the managing agent. Applicants should contact Savills to register interest and application forms must be completed in full and returned with any supporting documentation by 12 noon on Friday 24th October 2025 by email to Hannah Sellick. It should be noted the approved applicant will be obliged to cover the agents fees relating to the drafting and completion of any agreement. VAT will be applicable.
