Planning
The Hollies was last used as a day care centre with associated offices and closed just over 10 years ago. The Cygnets was used as a respite care facility and closed only recently when a new facility was built to replace it within Scunthorpe.

The property would require planning permission for the proposed use as a supported living facility. However, as vendor we are quite happy to enter into a conditional agreement for lease and will offer any help/support we are able to the preferred bidder.
