Our opinion
This is a very nicely-renovated apartment in a quality building in a quiet position. Away from the crowds but with great access into the forest trails, close to the Gaillands lake and the climbing wall/ropes park. It rents very well and has a proven income, but has the space and layout to work for a family looking for something more affordable with easy transport links.
Location
The Gardenia apartment is situated in Les Gaillands, a very pleasant, sunny area 1500 metres south-west of Chamonix. It’s just over a 15-minute to walk to the town centre itself and less than 5 minutes to the climbing wall, lake and hiking trails. The nearest bus stop is only a couple of minutes’ walk and either Les Moussoux or les Pélérins train stations less than 10 minutes.
