Planning Planning permission for the development for an agricultural workers dwelling was approved on 30 September 2014 under application 13/00372/FUL. Potential purchaser’s are advised to take their own advice as to whether this permission has been enacted. A number of holes have been dug to accommodate foundation stilts and a septic tank partly installed.

Part of the general purpose buildings are currently used as living accommodation and the Property does have a Council Tax Band. However this change of use has not been approved by Northumberland County Council.
