This bathroom also has a door to the small hallway, such that the bathroom can be used both as an en-suite and a family bathroom.

Bedroom 3, to the right, (4 x 3m), has a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a window to the West.

This delightful property is on urban land and it is possible to mortgage. It would work well as both a permanent home (with an excellent community of well settled, quiet neighbours) and a holiday home.
