    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    It’s close to the tram stop and Piccadilly station. There’s loads of good bars and restaurants nearby too. But if you’re on the side of the building that is opposite Leonardo Hotel, there can be a lot of noise on the weekend and occasionally throughout the week, which can be disruptive in the middle of the night.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They’ve listened and been quick to respond, and tried to find a solution quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    They are some flats which have a completely obscured view from the bedroom, looking on to a brick wall. It’s not particularly ideal.

    The local area has nearby shops that are a walkable distance. Near to a metrolink stop, and transport links are overall very good.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quick response. It was also very quick and convenient to log the request via the App.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    A small induction on how to use the parcel room would be ideal!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    10 minutes from Picadilly and 15 from the Northern Quarter. So very ideal! Lots of nice coffee shops and an aldi within walking distance too.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not raised any issues but I’m sure if we did they would be addressed quickly

    I wish we had moved sooner! It really is a lovely place

    The area around The Castings is honestly a great place to live. It’s super close to Piccadilly Station, so getting around is easy whether you’re commuting or heading out of town.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They’ve been really helpful and quick every time I’ve raised something. No fuss — they just get it sorted and let you know what’s happening.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t realise how handy the shared spaces would be. I’d also say the building is way quieter than you'd expect being this close to the city centre.

    Living space is well maintained, not too far from the city. Very accessible to public transportation.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any time I’ve contacted the management team, they’ve responded quickly and resolved things efficiently. They’re always approachable and easy to deal with.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t realise how seamless everything would be, from move-in day to using the amenities and getting help from staff, the whole experience has been smooth. The resident app makes managing everything from booking spaces to reporting issues super simple.
