5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really nice. There's a lot to do at the Westfield shopping center, with great restaurants and services. The community at Coppermaker is also very welcoming!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been exceptional. Sareena, in particular, responds quickly, follows through on every request, and ensures that problems are fully resolved. She makes residents feel supported, even personally checking in with maintenance to guarantee things run smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine care make living here feel like home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something you don’t see during a viewing is how proactive and caring management is here. They take every concern seriously and actually follow through.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Stratford is super convenient for getting around town, and though living next to Westfield means it is a bit noisy, it does make grabbing stuff east
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Huge shout out to the maintenance team, especially Paul who has been a proper legend during the time I’ve lived here. He really deserves a commendation for his professional manner and helpfulness.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Stratford can get very busy, especially when there are events on at the London Stadium.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
An amazing location with excellent transport links — you’re literally living within Westfield Shopping Centre, with everything you could possibly need right at your doorstep. The only downside is when events take place at West Ham Stadium, as road closures and large crowds can make getting home a bit challenging. Generally, however, the area remains peaceful and not overly noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been very responsive and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. They handle matters promptly and professionally, ensuring that problems are resolved with minimal disruption. Communication is clear and courteous, and they genuinely seem to care about maintaining a high standard of service for residents. It’s reassuring to know that whenever something needs attention, the management team acts quickly and effectively to keep things running smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The heating and cooling systems are charged at a fixed rate regardless of usage, which makes them quite costly. The Homebox payment system is another unnecessary service offered to new tenants at a high price. Once you sign up, it’s difficult to opt out, so it would be better if this service weren’t offered in the first place, as many tenants have expressed frustration about it. Additionally, the Homepple service would also benefit from further review and improvement.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Coopermaker Square is a great place to live. The area is very convenient, with excellent transport links and easy access to Stratford Station, just 3 minutes’ walk from building to station entrance. It just take 20-30 minutes to the city centre by underground. It’s also just a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, which offers a huge range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The local area is generally quiet and well-maintained, with good open spaces nearby. Decides, the building and facilities are quite new, well maintained by friendly and helpful teams. Overall, it’s a modern and comfortable area with everything you need close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is always very helpful and patient in listening to any concerns. They are proactive in assisting residents with raising issues, and the response team is swift and efficient. Special thanks to the Coordinator, Meet Sutariya, for being exceptionally supportive and professional, enthusiasm to help and his supper efficiency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been very helpful if the Homebox billing process had been explained in more detail before I moved in, including how to claim actual expenses and request refunds. The Homebox charges currently lack a certain level of transparency.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good - everything on your doorstep, great rail links, nicely curated public spaces with lots of greenery Bad - essentially living in a shopping centre, can be a bit hectic at times. Lack of history
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building and facilities management are always excellent at responded to queries in a timely manner. Very professional workforce and I have got to know the likes of Jose, Sutariya and Koldo who provide a top notch service
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The light from stratford can be a bit overwhelming and I have installed blackout blinds - for me essential as there are very bright lights from the shopping centre
