Erigmore Leisure Park is a 5 star holiday park located in Birnam, just over an hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, and next door to the famous town of Dunkeld. Dunkeld and Birnam are often referred to as ‘the gateway to the Highlands', and Dunkeld was recently recognised as the best place to live in Scotland.

Owners at Erigmore Leisure Park have free access to the onsite leisure facilities including swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and children's play park. There is a full service bar and restaurant on site, with owners discount available on food and drinks. The park also run regular owners events including family activities.

The lodge offers strong rental income opportunity, given its specification, location and park facilities.

Local Area

Birnam is home to the Birnam Arts Centre, Beatrix Potter museum, the famous Birnam Oaks, and a number of local cafes.
