1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's nice leaving by the water and being 10 minutes away from Birkenhead, Wallasey and Liverpool. On the other hand, the council is refusing to add some pedestrian facilities even though Dock Road and Duke street are busy roads and dangerous to cross. A Sainsbury's Local was supposed to open this autumn right by Millers Quay but they haven't even started building the foundations yet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They dont. They will never be held accountable for anything, always blaming it on others.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really wish I was told before even considering this place that it was so poorly managed by such unprofessional property managers.

1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s no nearby shops to walk to if you need some bits - you’d need a car. The road is very busy, especially at peak times and there’s always temporary traffic lights and road works due to continued developments. Also zero parking for visitors which makes life quite lonely!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very rude, passive aggressive, anrgumentative, accusatory, and arrogant.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d have met *Name Removed* before I moved in. That man is so disgusting. I also wish I knew that I was in allowed to have visitors stay.

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Dock Road and its surrounding area don't have much to offer, however the bus and train station nearby make it really easy to go to anywhere (Liverpool is just 15mn away). Some more developments are to come apparently, including a supermarket (it was supposed to open as I write this review but building hasn't even started yet). Parking is a bit of an issue for many people, the non-nominative parking spot is an extra £75 which is a bit of a rip off.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It's is incredibly hard to get anything done in a timely manner, they either don't reply, close your maintenance requested by marking them as complete, or just don't take any responsibility for anything.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have never rented a place before where it takes at least 4/5 weeks to get a problem sorted by the landlord. This is absolutely appalling and anyone considering renting here should be aware of how unhelpful and unwilling to do their job JLL are...

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living by the water on the docks is nice, but the area itself has no close-by amenities and poor transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance has to be requested via the complex's app however you have to chase again and again before they do anything...
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wouldn't have moved here if we had known how terrible JLL is

2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development itself does nit have much around it, its an old industrial area so will take time to get developed although JLL still charge you as if its in the middle of a city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They told me that snags are jot done when you move in, they are just compared to a list when you move out. They came to fix a blind issue I had but took off the wall guard so now the chain just hangs, lazy!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had done more research on JLL ajd wish I had done more research on the parking situation.
