Inside



This bright and inviting studio offers 40 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. The open-plan American kitchen flows seamlessly into a cozy living area, creating a warm and practical space that's perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying everyday comfort.



Outside



Step through the glass sliding doors and onto a welcoming balcony, spacious enough for a dining set - the perfect spot for enjoying al fresco meals under the Tenerife sun or savoring a peaceful morning coffee. From here, you can take in the soothing partial sea views, adding a touch of ocean charm to your everyday moments.



Olympia - The complex



The property is situated on the complex Olympia in central Las Americas with a communal pool and close to restaurants, shops, the Las Americas bus station and within walking distance to the fabulous Las Americas beaches.



A short walk further on leads you to San Eugenio with its shopping centre, supermarket, cafés, bars and restaurants.



Las Américas - The town



Playa de Las Américas is the real centre for the tourist trade of Tenerife and has been since the late 50's early 60's when land that had very little use due to the lack of water and general hot climate was developed with hotels, apartment blocks and sandy beaches.



One of the attractions of Las Américas is Las Veronicas commonly known as "The Strip".



Apart from the nightlife in Las Américas there is an abundance of water sports both in Las Américas itself and slightly outside, in Puerto Colon.



Restaurants, bars and cafés are plentiful in Playa de Las Américas ranging from typical Spanish tapas bars and restaurants to Thai, Indian and of course British fare.



There are a few miles of golden sandy beaches that can be walked and are popular pretty much all year round.



There are many attractions close to the resort such as the two water parks, Aqua Park and Siam Park, both of which are within a short taxi or bus ride and, depending on how fit you feel on the day, could possibly be walked.



Being a 20 - 25 minute drive away from the airport using the TF1 motorway, it is ideally situated for visitors who land at the South airport. Taxi fares are approximately 25� - 30� for a one way trip.
