    So far so good I am happy with the area I have not experienced any major issues . Parking is good . Bins collected every week.

    Mustafa Dar has been really proactive in responding to all our queries and makings sure issues are resolved .

    Non because I checked the area before moving so I knew what to expect .

Maintenance requests are acknowledged promptly, with clear communication on timelines and resolution steps. Whether it's a minor repair or a broader concern, the team ensures follow-through and keeps residents informed throughout the process. Their proactive approach and courteous handling of matters contribute to a sense of reliability and trust within the community.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    British Gas took nearly a week to respond, which was longer than expected, and the heaters are currently taking time to warm up properly—something I wish had been addressed sooner for comfort during colder days.

    The area is great, especially with kids as the schools are nearby as well of a couple of parks. Parking is pretty good too. It’s a lovely quiet area too apart from pick up and drop off time from school but has never been a huge problem.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have had a few problems since moving in but all have been fixed promptly and efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just how busy the roads can get at pick up and drop off time for the schools bit it hasn’t caused any issues for us.

    The area is really great. For now, it feels a bit empty, as there are still quite a few vacant houses, but hopefully that will change soon so all good for now.

    Mustafa is very quick and reacts well to all issues, he is well-organised and responsive. Happy to have him here.
