5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
King’s Cross is a wonderful area to live, very good transport links, many convenient stores nearby and lots of lovely restaurants and markets to explore.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, anytime I have any maintenance issues with my flat that respond in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’d say the only thing I would recommend (I’ve seen this in other new builds) is to install a bin chute on every floor instead of the ground floor.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This area is amazing. I love how convenient it is to travel and go to the shops. The building is placed perfectly to be far enough from the busy centre of king’s cross but close enough to travel anywhere and have shops near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, anytime i message them on whatsapp they reply very quickly and sort out the problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish i knew about the near by bus routes which make it a lot easier to travel to certain places especially in bad weather!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is great, we are right next to coal drops yard which always has plenty of food options and market stalls. It also has a good range of shops so it can be an alternative to going all the way into the centre. The area feels very peaceful and safe with mostly pedestrianised areas in coal drops. Although the tube is a relatively long walk the transport links are about as good as they can get. There is a good drop off area for taxi's next to the entrance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been very quick to respond and fix and issues we had (Even though they were minor issues).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The concierge team really elevate the experience of living here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Author is tuck right behind the Coal Drop Yards which offers convenience (just a five minute walk from the centre) but also tranquility whilst being in a highly residential area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues raised were promptly resolved thus far.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They will not be your typical landlord! Trust that they will actually be very attentive and respectful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick, and very responsive resolving the matters at hand
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That I’ll make friends with my neighbours and love the area that I live in.
