"The nature on our doorstep is our favourite thing. St Anne's Wood, the river path, wild swimming at Conham, whilst having easy access to central Bristol. Built in 1993 the stepping stones development is the perfect balance between nature on your doorstep, local community and great access to central Bristol. As you step into the entrance hallway you will find the U-shaped kitchen on the right, providing separation from open plan living space at the rear of the property. The lounge / diner is the heart of the home, it's a great space to relax or entertain friends and family. The French doors leading to the garden create a nice flow between inside and outdoors. Upstairs we have two bedrooms with the principal suite at the rear and second bedroom at the front, this also doubles up as a great office space if you work from home. Inbetween these two rooms we have the family bathroom.

The Stepping Stones is in the heart of St Annes, a popular area for those who enjoy being close to the River Avon, with open green spaces and woodland while still having great connections to the city.

Across the road, you’ll find Catley’s Bakery offering fresh bread, pastries, and coffee. At the end of the road is St Anne’s House with its sauna, craft markets, and community events. These help to create a strong sense of community.

For nature lovers, the River Avon is on your doorstep, with St Anne’s Wood and Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve a short walk away.

For communters the regular number 5 bus runs to Bristol City Centre, or you can cycle to Bristol Temple Meads in around 15 minutes. Drivers can take Feeder Road into the city centre, or join St Philip’s Causeway for the M32 and beyond
