Great location, close to restaurants bars shops. Train station is only a 15 min walk! Great variety of shops cafes etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any issues. But if we have had any issues they are quick to respond.

Located in a very good area. Very close to Sainsbury’s and the hub (good restaurants, entertainment)

Yes, very good response to any maintenance or admin requests.

The Almere offers some exercise classes which are free for residents to attend. Which is an awesome way for residents to keep active.

The living area is great as it has a lot of places to chill and eat by the HUB It’s very lively and social as well We can’t think of anything bad about the vicinity!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management was quick enough to send us help when we raised an issue with our bathroom, the entire process was fuss-free and smooth. At the time of our onboarding, Ali helped us a lot and made the whole process stress-free and quick, he was very responsive and great with suggestions

Extremely good local amenities: super market within 2 mins walk, local restaurant hub on doorstep, gym and shops few minutes walk. Resident council parking 5 mins walk from building.

Very quick response to resolve very few issues during my time at site

Great location to live in, good bars and restaurants around. Train station 5 minutes away and shopping centre. Park is 10 mins away
