The island has sockets on each side for those who wish to plug and play with phones, tablets etc. The island also consists of drawers to the front for ease of access to those everyday kitchen utensils. Storage cupboards on the reverse side for those occasional kitchen items.

Bora Hob with internal extractor fan sits within the island leaving a view to the whole room whilst cooking. The Hob extracts the steam from the cooking or frying spray with inbuilt filters that can cleaned manually or placed in the dishwasher.


In the event things get extremely steamy in the kitchen there is a large extractor fan which can extract 60 litres of air per second.

Secondary Hallway.

Double pocket doors leading to the secondary hallway, double pocket doors at the entry to the lounge area and double pocket doors leading to the main entrance hallway. The doors all have tempered glass installed for safety however also allow light to travel through them creating light throughout the hallway.

Kutchen Hous storage cabinetry through with drawers and cupboards for that all important storage for items to be tucked away out of sight until required. It also demonstrates how the house has been constructed to show light throughout from the entrance door through the double pocket doors and that of the large sliding glass doors at the rear of the house.

Downstairs Bedroom:

Offers independence from the rest of the house with a lot more privacy on offer. With the plantation shutters, Tedd Todd large planks engineered wood flooring and that of an ensuite shower room with Jack and Jill access when and if so required. Small inbuilt wardrobe with two hanging bars for clothing. Sockets against main wall suitable for a flatscreen television.

Garage

Garage will fit in an average car and a motorbike as it designed to do so. The garage is also quite unique as it has planning permission to be converted into a room of your choice and the plans along with engineered construction drawings can be supplied with the purchase of the property.


The Largest bedroom has planning permission to be split with a further bedroom built on the roof of the garage. The main bedroom would lose approximately one meter in length space with an additional door added to gain access. The original door would be for access to the additional bedroom above the garage. Enclosed shower with light directly above accompanied by independent extractor fan leading directly to the outside. The shower head can be utilised to clean the bath or wash a child’s hair whilst they are in the bath.


Principal Bedroom

Triple glazed windows and Ted Todd Oak engineered wooden plank flooring throughout. Plantation shutters on the windows which are conducive to keeping the heat in the room. Talking of heat throughout each bedroom stands a 6 foot vertical double sided radiator controlled by Hive and the Worcester boiler. Off the principal bedroom leading to a small dressing area where wardrobes are on either side for clothing. The dressing area has sockets, mirrors and spotlights above, all that you need in a dressing area. This leads to the ensuite bathroom decked in matt gold taps, shower controls, hand held shower head and main shower head above.
