Energy: solar panels (two independent networks), solar water heater (300 L) complemented by a wood boiler (80 L), efficient wood stove (MBS), gas cooker, with the possibility of installing a biodigester or even a hydro turbine on the nearby stream.
Water: pure spring water, UV filtered.
Sanitation: dry toilets.
Thermal comfort: excellent insulation, with the house built against the mountain ensuring naturally regulated temperatures (never below freezing in winter, naturally cool in summer).
Outdoors: a 10 m² wooden terrace facing south offers breathtaking views of the Trois Seigneurs mountain and the remarkable Goutets site. A traditional bread/pizza oven, two wood shelters, and a secondary barn complete the property.
 
The land, generally sloping, covers approx. 36,000 m² in one single block — a rare feature in the region. It includes over one hundred fruit trees, many berry plants, cleared areas, oak and beech woods, and three streams that flow year-round. From the property, no houses, lights, or roads are visible, guaranteeing total privacy and peace.
