Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a vast array of businesses(high & low end), and also a comprehensive selection of restaurants etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond to any problems very quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would be very difficult to want to leave once settled in and comfortable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Massive Waitrose dead ahead of the property, next to an underground station with access to all of London, and an area that feels safe and secure. As a student I appreciate the convenience of everything being so close and just overall splendid.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ethernet ports weren't working within the suite, and the issue was fully resolved over the weekend, major thank you to Mitch in Maintenance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As much as I preferred having a washer/dryer in the apartment itself, the communal washing machines and dryers get the job done.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Swiss Cottage is a great place to live, with a good range of shops, supermarkets right across the street, restaurants, and green spaces nearby. Transport links are excellent, especially with the Jubilee Line offering fast access to Central London. The area feels safe and well-kept, with regular bin collections and generally quiet streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I’ve raised. Selna, in particular, is extremely professional, approachable, and proactive. She communicates clearly, follows up to ensure problems are resolved, and genuinely cares about residents' comfort and satisfaction. Her support has made a big difference in making the experience here smooth and stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The room and the apartment building, the gym are really exceeded my expectations. Only the laundry room can get busy in the evenings, so try to use it earlier in the day for more availability.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great area. There’s a few bars and restaurants and so many shops nearby. There’s two train stations very close by and great access into central London. All in all it’s great area of London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly. As soon as I have a problem (which is hardly ever) there is someone to sort it within 30 minutes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved in sooner. I honestly cannot fault the place however it is somewhat expensive for the size of room you get but London is like that!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Tube Finchley Road is across from the Quarters with jubilee and metropolitan line into London - a few stops to Bond street, Westminster or the other line to kings cross. Also 8 minutes to overground Finchley and Frogmore for across London - Shops for food and support all around - perfect location also communication links. The building is quiet with an amazing Japanese Restaurant - top quality. Main shop Waitrose across the road and immediate bus links. Could not be better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

every issue was addressed immediately. The room cleans are to the highest standard. been here for nearly a year and for me all requirements were met and exceeded.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not expect such a high standard in all areas. I needed a base for London in the right location and The Quarters has meet and exceeded all my expectations. genuinely not a single issue only complements
