    The local area around Moda, Embassy Boulevard is excellent for everyday living. There’s a great mix of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, offering plenty of dining and leisure options. Transport links are very convenient, with nearby bus routes and train connections that make commuting easy. The neighbourhood feels safe and well-maintained, with lots of green open spaces for walking or relaxing. Parking is generally manageable, and bin collections are regular and reliable. Occasionally, there’s a bit of traffic during peak hours, but overall, it’s a calm and pleasant area to live in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues I’ve raised have been dealt with quickly and with real care. The management team are efficient, polite, and always follow up to make sure everything is resolved properly. The front desk team are especially helpful — they always greet residents with a smile and are incredibly reliable when it comes to support and day-to-day assistance. It’s great knowing the building is so well looked after.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I’d realised how easy it is to settle in here — the move-in process was smooth, and the team made everything straightforward. It’s also worth knowing how well soundproofed and secure the building is, which really adds to the overall comfort. Moda, Embassy Boulevard truly balances luxury with convenience in a way that’s hard to find elsewhere.

    Really lovely place to stay in, i would recommend to my friends and family. The staff is something else, the made the stay much more better, I moved to another place and I wish i could take the staff with me, MODA is so lucky to have you guys!!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Really helpful, if i had one. To be honest nothing bad happed to us while we are here. That not something bad, people love when someone solve a bad thing happed to them, but they don’t see what the staff or people do to stop this bad thing of happening. Really thankful of the staff you have in moda, to prevent these things.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    None, maybe just the moving in and the way to the garage.

    Everything was fine. Everything that was needed was in reach in the neibourhood. It is not possible to sleep with an open window.

    We haven‘t any problems but we are sure that the management would help us.

    Visit the terrace when the sun is shining. Leave your car at the garage and take a cycle.

    Embassy Boulevard is in a vibrant, well-connected part of Nine Elms, with easy access to transport, shops, cafes, and riverside walks. The development is modern and high-spec, offering amenities like a gym, coworking spaces, and rooftop terraces. Set within a major regeneration zone, the area is rapidly growing, with new infrastructure and public spaces adding long-term appeal. Its riverside location also brings a mix of city energy and scenic calm.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have had no issues so far but I am sure the response would be quick !

    there is no in room house keeping service included

    The area is really nice and mostly brand new. Really nice coffee shop down the road, pilates studio across the road and great transport links with two tube stations and a train station within 10 mins.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They've responded very promptly and come with friendly service. Very willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed sorted.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Bathroom is amazing as well, size and having a bath tub and shower. Aesthetic lighting as well for the evening is a really nice detail.
