Alternatively you could occupy Suite 2 entirely on your own, then employ others to provide complimentary services and expand your business.

As well as the 3 rooms opening onto the central common area, there's another door and which is the fully fitted kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and free tea and coffee. A very short distance down the hall are the two pristine toilets, one of which is a large ambulant accessible toilet and ideal for any clients with small children.

If you'd like your own separate lockable office but don't want to take Suite 3 on the ground floor and add complimentary services to justify the space, consider heading upstairs to Suite 7 on the first floor and which is reached via the wide Victorian staircase with feature window at its half-landing.
