5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Coopermaker Square is a great place to live. The area is very convenient, with excellent transport links and easy access to Stratford Station, just 3 minutes’ walk from building to station entrance. It just take 20-30 minutes to the city centre by underground. It’s also just a short walk from Westfield Shopping Centre, which offers a huge range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The local area is generally quiet and well-maintained, with good open spaces nearby. Decides, the building and facilities are quite new, well maintained by friendly and helpful teams. Overall, it’s a modern and comfortable area with everything you need close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is always very helpful and patient in listening to any concerns. They are proactive in assisting residents with raising issues, and the response team is swift and efficient. Special thanks to the Coordinator, Meet Sutariya, for being exceptionally supportive and professional, enthusiasm to help and his supper efficiency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been very helpful if the Homebox billing process had been explained in more detail before I moved in, including how to claim actual expenses and request refunds. The Homebox charges currently lack a certain level of transparency.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good - everything on your doorstep, great rail links, nicely curated public spaces with lots of greenery Bad - essentially living in a shopping centre, can be a bit hectic at times. Lack of history
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building and facilities management are always excellent at responded to queries in a timely manner. Very professional workforce and I have got to know the likes of Jose, Sutariya and Koldo who provide a top notch service
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The light from stratford can be a bit overwhelming and I have installed blackout blinds - for me essential as there are very bright lights from the shopping centre

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Stratford has a great connection to the city! Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines + DLR, Overground and trains from Stratford International.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management often responds with a generic AI generated emails with a considerable delay. Recent incident we reported was when hot water stopped running. Even though the issue was fixed after a bit more than 24h, I haven't heard back until 48h later. So we had no idea what was going on or whether they are aware and working on it. I find this kind of responsiveness unacceptable in a complex like CMS. For clarity, the hot water was not running in 3 buildings at the time and I got way more information from the neighbour whatsapp group chat than the management that was silent on the issue. This is just a recent example.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in particular. We had a pretty thorough viewing. However, even back then it was difficult to communicate with the management and we had to chase them for more information.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area isn't very nice to look at. The Westfield Shopping Centre is fine, but 1. Is too crouded all the time 2. If I want to go for a walk the surroundings aren't very nice. The area feels a bit dangerous, dirty and please, get rid of the people using roller skates once and for all! The zone is very well connectd in terms of public transportation and that was one of my main reasons to rent here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance responds pretty quickly and everyone on the team is amazing. Complains about neighbours are often dismissed with no real change.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Area not so nice to look at with stabbing happening in the past months. I would have considered that before deciding to live here, even though the apartment is truly great.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are wide range of shops, restaurants, shopping mall, green areas and a big park and very convenient transportation options.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded always very quickly and with a solution mindset.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the streets would be closed to traffic on football match days.
