The development is modern, clean, well-maintained and well appointed. The communal spaces like the gym, cinema room and entertainment area are lovely.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I can't comment in this as I really had no issues, everything was very seamless.

I can't really think of anything to add, the location and building was perfect for the duration of my stay.

Glaswegians are warm & friendly, love living in this city. It is full of buildings with stunning architecture * green spaces. Museums & the music scene is really cool.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a few issues, small but all managed really well

I would advise to check out the different apartments, ie don't always rely on a virtual viewing

Moda is very Local to My work and very close to the train station and public transport. Being in the city center is close and extremely handy. When I first came here I thought it was going to be very loud and noisy with it being on the main street etc but its fine!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Perfect, very good at responding and helping - quick to do so.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There isn't anything that comes to mind at the moment. Again, the moving in was quick and easy and everyone is super helpful.

The location is quiet yet very close to a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. Easily accessible to city centre , subway, trains and buses.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been proactive always helpful and pleasant
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps that there would be so many students. We thought it would be a more balanced mix of ages, lifestyle and life stages / family as it is not marketed as a student accommodation as such. It doesn’t bother us but I would have liked to have known that.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! The 7th floor is complete luxury & we love to hang out with friends there. The bin chutes don't always work, however that seems to be down to resident misuse.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven't had any issues so far, however I know the maintenance team( word of mouth) are very good & prompt. Always smiling, even though they are very busy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend new residents to make the most of the great facilities. I don't have much time to use them myself, but they are excellent and really add to the experience.
