Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent, right in the city centre of Cardiff. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the train station, with Tesco and a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Transport links are very convenient, and everything you need is within walking distance. The street is lively but generally safe, with good parking availability and regular bin collections. Some noise from nearby bars can occur at night, but overall it’s a vibrant and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management harita has always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised, resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier about the large communal terrace on the 12th floor. It’s a great space for studying, working, or relaxing, especially on sunny days. It adds a lot of value to living here and is a nice quiet spot in the city centre.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wonderful location, great staff and service, irreplacable hospitality, amenities are wonderful, 10/10

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, every time i have an issue in my apartment (barely ever) they will immediately come to help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing on my mind to share, wonderful community and wonderful place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great and building is beautiful also the staff are helpful. But its noisy at weekends and holidays from the bars near the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Harita helped me a lot with the moving out process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Something I Wish I Had Known Before Moving In: I wish I had known that parking spaces are quite limited around Wood Street House and can be expensive in nearby car parks. It’s definitely more convenient for residents who rely on public transport, as the building is next to Cardiff Central Station and main bus routes. Another small thing is that, because the building is right in the city centre, it can get a bit noisy on weekends — especially if your apartment faces the main street. However, the windows are well insulated, so it’s usually not a big issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient and peaceful. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, as well as several parks and open spaces that make the neighborhood feel green and friendly. Public transport is reliable with good bus and train connections. Parking can sometimes be limited during peak hours, but overall the area feels safe, clean, and pleasant to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has been really good. Harita helped me with my issues and sorted everything quickly. She was very kind and easy to talk to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how quiet and nice the building is. It’s a comfortable place to live and the people here are friendly.
