The Seller's View!

This is a fantastic family home which has been much loved since buying it as a new build in 2019. It offers ample space and the kitchen/dining area has hosted many a social gathering! We love the quiet and private position, next to fields with a great outlook across to Bickerton Hill. The garden captures the summer sun for the majority of the day and we have positioned a decking area to make the most of this. The sun then moves to the patio area late afternoon/evening and we have enjoyed many BBQ's here. We have formed close friendships with neighbours within the close and beyond and the nearby park on the estate is frequently enjoyed! It is a very short walk to the local and excellent primary school and to the village centre which offers two fantastic pubs with dining, post office and chemist, GP surgery, hairdressers, butchers and newsagent and coffee shops and bistro. Farndon is a beautiful place to live with plenty of riverside and other walks from the door.
