The rooms are well proportioned and having been newly redecorated in recent months the finish is sleek and contemporary throughout. The bedrooms are furnished with beds, desks and clothes storage, and being on the outskirts of the city in a quiet residential area ensures you will always get a peaceful night’s sleep. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor sharing the use of a smart shower room while three bedrooms share use of the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and all the necessary appliances, while the open plan living room has space to socialise. Both the kitchen and living room have access to the large and attractive rear garden which is a fine size for respectful summer gatherings or for drying your washing and studying in the sun.

There are several places for eating, drinking and entertainment to be found on campus, but with the busses running all night, and Falmer Station so close by, you are only ever a few minutes from town for a night out too.
