    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The site is well connected and has many great shops near by. The Hove highstreet and main restaurants are only about 10min walk away and the seafront can be reached in 15-20 min walk. I enjoy the peaceful location and great parks nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any requests dealt without delay. Nothing is ever too much and the team always completes all jobs with a smile.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I would have known what a great community spirit exists already at Moda. Everyone I have met so far are welcoming and friendly!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The area is quite nice. It’s very calm and wonderfully green and quiet. The bus stop locations around it are also incredible and it lacks practically nothing, you’re close to everything you need and if you need something far, the commute services around you are top tier (especially the 3X). I do wish Moda would invest in other entrances around the property though. There are spots where if they had put an entrance instead of just a fence, grocery trips by walking and other such trips could be made so much faster.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Repairs were done unexpectedly quickly but maybe at the cost of quality, example: a flickering light being fixed by replacement, but the replacement does not match the colour of the other light bulbs in the apartment.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew the internet provider was so unprofessional. They are very difficult to deal with and cannot resolve basic problems such as routing devices to a 5g connection after a customer pays for a 1gbps package. Paid £30 with zero changes to internet speed and major problems with the connection.

We're sorry to hear about the delay with the Block 1 main door and understand how frustrating that can be, rest assured this has been escalated, and we’re working to resolve it as soon as possible. We also take your feedback on deliveries, access points, and lighting quality seriously and will review these internally to see where improvements can be made. Regarding the internet provider, while it is a third-party service, we know how important reliable connectivity is and will continue to pass on resident feedback to help encourage better service standards.     It is a great area and there are no traffic noise and there are two grocery stores nearby and is close to everything you might need like the train station

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are very helpful especially Ellie the concierge she helped me when I forgot my key in the apartment

    Honestly there are no bad aspects, I love the place and I love everything about the atmosphere and safeness of moda

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes the building managment has helped me a lot especially ellie at reception she has helped me a lot with problems concering my door or that I have lost my keys honestly a great worker and extremely friendly and approachable

    How much I would absolutely love the place and the atmosphere

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are not quite in the doorstep but all are only a 5 or 6 minute walk away. Hove Station and bus routes along Sackville Road are certainly on the doorstep. I can park my vehicle on Sackville Road pretty regularly although it is a relentlessly busy road, although the has some impact on Hove Central due to the development's elevated position.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes - there was a hot water outage the day after moved in but it was dealt with within a couple of hours. No issues to report.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I did not see the actual apartment I was moving into but they did not bother me due to my circumstances. The only thing I would recommend to potential tenants is that while the apartments are beautifully furnished items such as bedside table lamps and a table lamp in the sitting room are not provided. Not the end of the world but I had just thrown my old ones out. More fool me. Otherwise faultless.
