What attracted you to the property ?

I grew up in West Kingsdown and went to school here. I only moved away once married and moved back to be close to my mum whose health was failing. This house really fitted the bill as it was in the next road to her which meant I could walk to see her every day. 

What improvements have you made to the house ?

The house hadn’t had much TLC for many years so needed everything doing, I have added :- 
New kitchen 
New Bathroom 
New windows and doors 
Replaced the boiler
Replaced the electrical consumer unit
Fully redecorated 
Full garden make over
 

What have you enjoyed about living at the property ?

We have really loved living here mainly to be close to family but since moving back and into church road we have gained many more friends. Our neighbours are friendly and willing to help out if needed like keeping an eye on your property whilst on holiday etc. if you’re a fan of motorsports each residence gets 2 free passes into Brands Hatch every year and Church wood which is opposite the house is great for long walks with or without a dog. West Kingsdown has a lot going on a good local primary school a great pub serving great food. A village hall with lots of classes churches of all denominations. Indian restaurant and fish and chip takeaway. Great local stores. And so much more. 

Location

The property is found in a convenient location within West Kingsdown with a local parade of shops  a short distance away. For getting further afield West Kingsdown is a hub for motorway connections. The M-20, A-20 and M-26 are very close making a trip to Swanley or Bluewater Shopping Centre only a 20 minute drive approximately. For motor racing enthusiasts the Brands Hatch circuit is nearby but if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside head to the nearby Pilgrims Way that cuts across the North Downs and offers beautiful countryside walks.
