My local area is generally pleasant and convenient. There’s a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, offering plenty of choices. Public transport is reliable and makes it easy to get around, though traffic can be heavy at rush hour. My street is quiet and friendly, parking is usually available, and bin collections are regular. Occasionally, there’s some noise from passing cars, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is proactive and easy to reach, always ensuring that issues are resolved quickly. Property management keeps residents updated and handles matters efficiently. I’d also like to recognize Ali, the concierge, for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism — he truly makes the building feel like home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the parking area can get in the evenings. It’s not a major issue, but it helps to plan ahead if you have guests.

Living here is really convenient and enjoyable! There’s a nice mix of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the local parks are perfect for relaxing or exercising. Public transport is close, though buses and trains can sometimes run late. My street is peaceful, parking is usually easy to find, and neighbors are welcoming. Overall, it’s a great balance of comfort and liveliness, making it a pleasant place to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is very responsive and addresses any issues quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how convenient the local shops, cafés, and parks are before moving in. It really makes day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. I’d also tell new neighbors to take advantage of the building’s facilities early, as they add a lot to the living experience.

Great location close to cafes shops restaurants bars all within walkable distance. Living on street so far feels ok although I do keep hearing a resident male screaming every night between 10-2am ?
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues have been picked up by the property management and currently being resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Virgin media set up as took over a week which has caused some difficulties as WFH. We have also been on the car park waiting list for months before moving in which can feel like a slow process.
