Building management has been responsive and helpful. Moses and Peter are always very helpful

Transport links are good and easy to use, but the traffic can get quite bad after 4pm during rush hour. On weekends there is sometimes anti-social behaviour from drunk people, which can be annoying.

They are usually helpful with most things but the constant issues with the doors are annoying
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Living in this area has a good mix of positives and a few drawbacks. Broad Street in Birmingham is a nice lively spot with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, and Brindley Place is great for relaxed walks by the canals.

The management team is good. Peter and Moses are always around to help with anything
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s a lot of students in the property and can be a bit noisy
