They all say that when buying a home, it's all about Location, Location, Location.....well then, that one box you can cross off your must have list.
Lido Grange is sat, nestled in the centre of Prestatyn, a small but fabulous seaside town steeped in history. It is said to have been occupied way back to prehistoric times, with a range of caves dating back to this period which are open to visit in the next village along the coast line. With Britain's longest ancient monument and national trail Offa's Dyke Path which also joins the Wales Coast Path at Prestatyn, it provides a lot of attractions for people who love nature. In addition, the beautiful views of Gwaenysgor Hill and the long sandy beaches, are also there to be enjoyed. Along with a strong history and natural beauty, Prestatyn also offers a good choice of modern activities for you and your family and friends to enjoy.
Lido Grange is a modern retirement development that boasts a landscaped garden, there's even a lounge for all of the Homeowner's to enjoy. This is a place where social events are hosted regularly, and with its close proximity to the beach, making it an ideal home for friends and family to come and enjoy with you...
This development has been properly thought through for your convenience and modern 21st Century living. When you have friends or family over to stay, there's a guest suite that your visitors can book into for a small fee, typically around £25.
There is a dedicated House Manager on site during the day, who will take care of things and also make you feel at home, as well as a 24hours emergency call system, for peace of mind.
From the buildings entrance lobby, we take the lift to the second floor, stairs are available for those wanting to maintain their fitness levels. Upon reaching the second floor, as a short walk leads us to our apartment, No. 38.
Upon opening the solid wooden door, that has a useful peep hole and letter box, we step inside to our excellent entrance hall. Doors open to all of the accommodation, with a door opening to a very useful airing cupboard with plumbing for a washer dryer. There's also a very useful Emergency intercom .
The first room we'll look inside is the living room. Here we have a set of French doors that open onto the fabulous Juliet balcony that offers us far reaching views and also lets the natural light flow in. This is a generously sized room and offers ample space for a dining area. Raised plug sockets to ease the strain, and a wall mounted heater.
From the lounge / diner, there's a part glazed wooden door that opens into the separate Kitchen area.
Work-surfaces form a U-shape and provide ample space for food preparation. Modern stylish units adorn the floor and walls, with integrated appliances that include an electric oven and hob, and a fridge / freezer. Here you have everything you need to knock up some culinary masterpieces. A window offers views and also allows plenty of natural light in.
Moving along to the next room, we come to the bedroom. This is a large bedroom, capable of taking any size of double bed as well as accompanying free standing furniture. The beauty of this room is, it has a walk in wardrobe that means you don't need large clunky wardrobes in here. A window offers daytime views and also allows you to watch the stars at night.
Finally, we come to the shower room. This is modern, offering a stylish shower cubicle, vanity sink with storage and of course, the obligatory toilet that we'd be lost without. There's a chrome heated towel rail to keep the room nice and toasty, and a fitted mirror with back lighting, to admire yourself day and night.
