A mezzanine above provides a cosy home office/snug and rear room off the kitchen back stairs an additional bedroom/playroom or office space.
Upstairs, five double bedrooms and three bathrooms retain original beams, elm and oak flooring, cast-iron radiators, and underfloor heating in the main bathrooms, blending period charm with modern comfort.

Parking is available for several cars, and a barn store—benefiting from planning permission for residential conversion—offers exciting potential.
A large top field garden or paddock extends from the main grounds, featuring open lawn, mature trees, and an original brick store shed awaiting renovation.
