5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very nice building to live in that’s close to a lot of things around Birmingham like the library, new street station and the shopping district in the city centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team and leasing team are always responsive and the reception team are very professional especially Moses and Peter
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It might be a good idea for the managers to organise more bin collections because it’s always so bad in there

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area around Broad Street has lots of shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars to choose from, all within walking distance just outside the building. Transport links are very good, with buses and trams nearby. It’s a safe area because there’s always lots of people
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always professional and ready to step in to help. They’ve been great
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing to know before moving in is that weekends can get noisy, with lots of people out drinking nearby. Traffic can also be quite busy at times. It’s still a great place to live, but new neighbours should be prepared for the occasional noise from people and cars

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Broad Street is a nice place to live. There are good buses and trains nearby, and a Tesco just outside for easy shopping. It’s a handy and friendly area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very helpful and quick to fix any problems. Moses and Peter always respond fast and are very friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It can be a little noisy with all the students in the building

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The community here is warm and friendly. The management team is professional yet caring, and they really make residents feel at home. It’s a completely different experience from my previous rentals – surrounded by friendly local professionals.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I first came to see the building in June last year. One of the residents, Jing Huo, and staff member Tayla showed me around and explained everything in detail — the leasing terms, room features, communal areas, and even the layout of the stairs!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My friend Jing Huo, who’s been living here for a few years, helped guide me through everything. I was so glad to know all the details before moving in — it honestly made me feel confident this was the perfect place for me!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good mix of cafes, takeaway spots, and small shops, with parks and open spaces nearby for walking. Transport is easy, with buses and trams just a short walk away. The street itself is mostly quiet, bins are collected regularly, and parking is usually manageable, though traffic can get busy at peak times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I’ve raised have been handled quickly and efficiently. Moses and Peter are always friendly, approachable, and go out of their way to help, making the whole process really easy and stress-free. They are by far the 2 best guys here
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew there was a 24/7 convenience shop just a few minutes away
