Great location in the city centre. The co-working spaces and gym are excellent and kept immaculate at all times. The on-site team go above and beyond to help us as residents and you’ll always return home to smiley faces on the desk. There are frequent events to meet other residents which are well attended and great fun!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All issues are dealt with incredibly promptly and the app works well.

The Headline is situated in a great area within Leeds. There’s plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the local area. Traffic noise is medium level but the apartments are well insulated. It’s ideally very close to the city centre but also a short walk to the canal and lovely scenery.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we have had any queries we can quickly contact management who provide succinct responses
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Something that I wish I had known before moving in would be to join the community events and parties that the staff put on in the sky lounge!

The headline is situated very centrally in Leeds, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre and train station. There are lots of shops and restaurants/bars a couple of minutes away in Wellington place too. Parking is difficult as there is limited space below the building which is a drawback as this costs £150 and there is a long wait!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes we have raised maintenance queries before and they are attended to immediately

Parking situation isn’t the best so we ended up having to sell our car

The Headline is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the centre of town. It is a fantastic location, especially for those working in the financial district. The development is quiet and well-kept.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we first moved in there were some issues with the flat which we were expecting to have already been resolved. This was disappointing but was dealt with and fixed in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just to make the most of the facilities, as the price you pay definitely feels worth it if you do!

Parking has a wait list and also increase in price every year, major deterrent to living in the headline
