    The property is located in a new development area hence the facilities of public transport not much however its still walk able distance. The parking availability is superb and definitely no sound pollution.

    The property is located in a new development area hence the facilities of public transport not much however its still walk able distance. The parking availability is superb and definitely no sound pollution. Its kind of confusing in regards to the council and the bin updates but its normal hence its not a major issue.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    they are very friendly and easy to approach. Leaf Living team put so much effort to help and sort off the inquiries within short period of time

    Hailsham is centrally located with many amenities within short walking distance. I have not yet had an opportunity to experience all my surroundings but so far it's is lovely.

    I have not yet had any issues to refer so I am unable to comment.

    None at this time as I have only started my rental recently

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Easy access to the shops, all within walking distance. A fair range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. The estate is quiet, very little road noise and parking seems plentiful with our large driveways.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have phoned myself to clarify the issue, then arranged a home visit to fix the problem.

    I feel that all the information given to us was accurate and nothing took us by surprise.

    Great service from start to finish. The communication from the external reference agency is a tad tedious, but this shouldn’t reflect on the great service from LL.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    So far so good, the online platform works really well.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Be good to know how often inspections will take place - I forgot to ask. Our last came every 3 months which was intrusive.
