Wootton Rivers is a most picturesque and popular village set in the Pewsey Vale, situated in the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Beauty and lies approximately 5 miles south of the historic and sought-after market town of Marlborough, close to the Savernake Forest. Junction 14 of the M4 is approximately 16 miles and Hungerford is approximately 12.5 miles to the east. There is a regular train service from Pewsey to London tPaddington (65 minutes) and further railway stations at Great Bedwyn and Hungerford. Within the village there are many traditional buildings, together with a Manor House and St. Andrews Church.
