Oct 2025 5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area: Very excellent experience, not regretting staying there at all. Near to the University of Edinburgh where I study. Peaceful and quiet if you are like me who like to work from home. Very developed facilities. How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised: Quick and practical in their approach. Darren ,the maintenance guy, was very professional, friendly and efficient in his work. Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in: I wish that I had know about the building earlier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised: Whenever I report a maintenance issue through the app, Darren always give a quick response and repair. Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in: living in a 2B flat is much more cost-effective compared to a 1B.

Safe and secure development even for flats on the ground floor. How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised: Very quickly. Darren was great at responding to a minor issue in my bathroom and fixed it within a couple of hours of me logging the issue. Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in: There is equipment to hire such as vacuum cleaners and printers so you don’t need to bring your own.

Maintaining the facilities in excellent conditions Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in: We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival and greetings by Tasmin, she did a great job during the application process as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised: The response of the maintenance team is swift and efficient. Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in: Get a one bedroom apartment better than a studio apartment Manager's response4Thank you for your kind words Javier!
