Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient and safe, although i dont like the difficulty of having a drop off closer to theproperty as it doesn't feel so safe late at night when I'm dropped off away from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Lift Problem and main door problem took forever to repair! Other than that everything is managed well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1.Lack of AC (Agent shouldn't have lied!) 2. Noise from the train and sainsbury's delivery truck at 6am! (This is the biggest problem) 3. That the gym requires an asessment that costs money! (i know its small amount but just feels sneaky)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very safe and secure, with different shops around that are open till late. Buses are also running regularly and very close to the station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always responsive and advice well on different issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Painting cost is really high, we were not aware that the wall paints are soo easy to get messed. My table left a mark jn a year and that costed me heavily. It should be normal wear and tear in my opinion as it was unintentional.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am very grateful and thankful for the excellent management and residency team with Clay. Each and everyone including Miguel, Laszlo, Scott and their whole team who have made our stay pleasant in Clay by being super attentive to any concerns raised for the apartment or the premises. Miguel is always proactive and eager to help, ensuring everything in my apartment is working properly. He is always ready to help in the best possible way he can. His dedication and professionalism makes a big difference, I really appreciate his hard work and I am sure all those living in Clay would agree with his passion and commitment towards his work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been proactive in addressing the issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just miss the windows on the flats facing the pond. Due to missing windows here the summers have been extremely painful. Also something should be done to maintain the privacy of these flats as children playing in Emerald Garden often come to the patio (knowingly and unknowingly) which hampers the privacy of these flats.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great area both near the park and the power station, so loads of amenities nearby. Shops, restaurants, and coffee places in abundance, everything g is easily in reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty good- quick to respond and the few issues we had were resolved to a good standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You have to pay for the gym induction, and the gym is quite small. There’s no bin chute so you have to do trips to the bin store.

    Manager's response

Hi Tom B, Thank you for your 5 star review. We really appreciate your feedback and very happy that you are enjoying your home at Mansbridge House. Kind regards Management
