"Welcome to Brunswick Street, my little hidden oasis in the heart of Reading.
From the moment I walked through the gates I knew that I could create a wonderful, peaceful and spacious home, a haven from the hustle and bustle. As a professional musician I have spent a lot of time on the road, travelling to perform, so what I wanted is somewhere to return to, close the door and retreat in a restful environment where I can recharge amongst comfort and nature, surrounded by art, texture and colour!

I took time planning to return the property, which had been divided into two flats, to a single dwelling. The renovation took place in 2020 and early 2021 and included a complete re-wire of the property, as well as the inclusion of a new staircase and opening up the kitchen, dining room. Everything was re-configured internally to suit the way I wanted to live, bringing a feeling of more space and light inside. The garden has been kept low-maintenance and is ideal for entertaining. It’s a sunny and secluded spot with lovely dappled light coming through the neighbouring trees. Sitting upstairs in my landing library is my favourite spot - perfect for reading with a coffee. What was once a Victorian barn or workshop for one of the businesses on the street is now a modern home. It’s a one-of-a-kind hidden gem!"

Kiel's Comments-
I’m not sure I’ve ever said this before — but this home demands attention.

Brunswick Street is a spectacular three-bedroom detached home that was completely remodelled in 2020/21 from what were once two apartments into one jaw-dropping house. The result? A home that’s as bold as it is beautiful, with a finish that confidently redefines what “executive living” looks like in Reading.

The design is unapologetically daring — with colour-drenched spaces, a striking open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, and a sense of individuality you just won’t find anywhere else. Every inch of this home has been meticulously thought through, exceeding expectations (and then some).
Behind its gated entrance, you’ll find a private, low-maintenance oasis garden, perfect for relaxing in peace or entertaining and it's just moments from Reading town centre. There’s also a luxurious four-piece en suite, and the home’s layout flows beautifully for modern life.

This is a home for the bold and the brave. The ones who don’t follow trends — they set them. One that makes an impact the second you walk in, and keeps you smiling every time you come home.

Three bedrooms. Detached. Private. Show-stopping.
If you’ve been waiting for a home that breaks the mould — this is it.

Area View-
Brunswick Street sits just a short stroll from Reading town centre, giving you instant access to a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and independent shops, along with The Oracle Shopping Centre and riverside dining.
For commuters, it couldn’t be better placed — Reading Station is around a 10–12 minute walk, connecting directly to London Paddington in under 25 minutes and, with Elizabeth Line services, offering a seamless journey across the capital to Bond Street, Canary Wharf and beyond.

You’re also well connected by road, with easy access to the A33, M4 (Junction 11), and Green Park Business Park.

Despite being so central, Brunswick Street has a surprising sense of calm — tucked away enough to feel private, with a gated entrance and peaceful surroundings that create a true urban sanctuary.
