communal pools, it is an oasis in the middle of the city. Outside the door there is a large selection of
restaurants and cafes and the beach and train station are within easy walking distance.

fully equipped open kitchen. The terrace runs the length of the entire apartment facing southwest and with
plenty of sunshine and a nice view of the gardens.
To the left of the hall is a spacious laundry room with extra storage, the smaller bedroom with space for 2
beds and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment and
has an en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms. The apartment is sold furnished.
There is communal parking in the urbanization.
