5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my area has been great overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and meeting new people. It’s very conveniently located next to Piccadilly Train Station and New Islington tram station which is really handy for commuting. It’s just a shame there isn’t many car parking spaces in the building because it’s limited and sometimes when people. There’s a few shops and cafes only a short walk away and living in Ancoats means you’re located close to the Northern Quarter, Etihad Stadium and the canal which is nice for going on walks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team are always very happy to help with any problems
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would have known that I could hear the trams late at night and very early in the morning.

The building is really well located with easy access to multiple transport links like that bus stops, tram stops and a quick walk to Piccadilly station , chain restaurants and supermarkets for quick grocery runs. Never struggled with parking in the area as there as loads of parking spots available in areas around the building too. Not experienced any traffic noise or complaints about neighbours to the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Anytime I have had any issues it has been resolved quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how peaceful the area was. It’s very quiet which I wasn’t expecting.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great transport links close to the happening areas of the city centre. Only comment is the area is going through gentrification so lots of building work happening but that’s not a reflection of Castings. The area is only going to get better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very rapidly and quickly. For example I had an issue with water heating and I had Dean sorting it out within 30 minutes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is very expensive it well informed of that before moving in.

Everything is good , the staff and also neighbours. Good transport links and supermarkets nearby. Town is only a few minutes away on foot.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I did not have any problems, the reception staff have been very helpful with finding parcels if needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Most things were made transparent from the viewing. The staff have good local knowledge.

Convenient location - local Sainsbury’s round the corner and a big Aldi not far either. Train station is easily accessible and right around the corner and tram stop is a 5 minute walk away too so can easily get anywhere fast. Although all the local shops and transport links are nearby, it isn’t noisy and feels very safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, needed a couple of things tightening/ adjusting and maintenance came the next day to fix the issue and makes sure I was happy. Fast service and did the job well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It would have been good to know more about the cool events they have here and the classes that they hold because they’re so good and I keep hearing more about them.
