We have just moved from Norfolk and the area is fantastic with great access links to the A12. Shops and the town centre are nearby. Many green spaces available and with plans for further developments in the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, and it has been a good experience and great communication
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area is still under construction and more houses are being built but all is going fine in the neighbourhood with minimal disruptions from the works being done.

A lot of shops a short distance from us. Transport is available from the high street. Parking availability is really good, no issues with traffic or anti social noise so far

Take your time looking around. It’s not a race, make sure you find somewhere that’s good for you

Fantastic location very quiet. No shops at present all still developing. No walkways at present as still developing

From a brief visit to the high street, there appear be: all the required amenities and local shops!!

Perfectly! Swift and very responsible and reactive

That the move in date can be delayed, annoying!! Be prepared for anything.

Plenty in the fairly close vicinity such as supermarkets, shops, and take aways that anyone would need. Not far to go to be in open spaces for fresh air. And not that far to travel to nearby Chelmsford or Colchester.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far all issues have been resolved promptly with minimum fuss and disruption. Maintenance tasks are easy to log via the app, and the personnel working at the Leaf are polite and quick to respond.

Nothing that I can think of - Leaf were very good at providing all info needed beforehand.
