Our Background

We’ll keep it brief, because a lot has happened over the past eighty-five years. Around 100,000 new Miller homes, for a start. A lot of new ideas in building technology. Loads of awards, like Major Housebuilder of the Year, Large Housebuilder of the Year, Best Sustainable Development, and Private Housebuilder of the Year. That last one’s important because it’s from First Time Buyer magazine, so it’s about real people and their experiences.

It’s about keeping you up-to-date with the build in whichever way suits you best – email, text or post - and being there to help when you need it because we know buying a new home is one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make.

Every year, we ask an independent research company to find out whether our customers would recommend us to friends. In addition, we also take part in the Home Builders Federation National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey each year. As well as providing a guide for homebuyers to help them when making their purchasing decision, the survey also encourages high levels of service within the industry. We are very proud to have a 5 star rating, the highest possible, in the customer satisfaction survey. A five star rating is not easy to achieve and is a very positive endorsement of the processes, systems and culture we have in place. We hope this provides our customers with real confidence in us and the homes we build.

Importantly, every detail is checked and inspected before the keys are handed over to the new customer. We are also committed to making our homes as energy efficient as possible, giving you a pleasant surprise when you get your fuel bills at the end of each month.

We try to find the best spot to suit every taste, by putting urban where it’s also pretty quiet and rural where it’s also pretty convenient. When you visit one of our developments, you can meet and talk to one of our experienced Development Sales Managers. They will show you the homes which will best meet your requirements and let you know about any special offers that might interest you.

If you decide to buy we’ll help you in any way we can. We can provide help and advice if required. We keep you informed as your new home is being built and get you involved at the appropriate time to add the personal touch; your kitchen, your tiles, your flooring.

When you get your keys, we’ll organise a meeting to go over all the important, practical information about how your home works and we will provide full instructions for everything. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your new home. However, we won’t go away and are on hand for as long as you need us; that’s the kind of relationship we like.
