Location - Hempnall is a small village with shop, butchers and public house approximately 5 miles from Long Stratton, 8 miles from the market towns of Bungay and Harleston and about 15 miles from Diss with mainline rail link to London Liverpool Street. The head of the Norfolk Broads waterways system is to the east at Beccles and the heritage coastline at Southwold is about a 45 minute drive. The cathedral city of Norwich is about 12 miles the shopping and commercial centre for the county with International Airport.

Services - Oil fired central heating. Mains water and electric. Drainage via private treatment plant. (Durrants have not tested any apparatus, equipment, fittings or services and cannot therefore verify they are in working order).
